Friday of Labor Day weekend. Nobody could get me in emergently to look at my car. I called A & R. They said bring it in and we’ll take a look. In at 9am. Fixed, finished, and out by 1pm. And the price was extremely reasonable. Probably will use these guys for any non-warranty work on my vehicles

Let’s just say I did my research before I went in told them what I though it was come to find out it was exactly what I thought. Customer service is A-1 the shuttle service was A-1 overall a great company I’m very satisfied with the work and the service. The price was definitely less than what I thought it was going to be. Definitely will be back for the recommended services. You guys got you a new customer ❤️

Great customer service. The waiting area was clean. And the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. She's definitely a keeper! Also enjoyed talking sports with one of the bosses

While driving cross country in our 2006 F250 we started misfiring and losing power. Pulled into A&R unannounced and they fit us in almost immediately, with the repair done by end of day. They offered us a local shuttle if we needed one, and offered refreshments in their waiting area as well. Thanks team!

Nobody likes getting expensive car work done, especially when you're a one car-household. A and R was a great choice for us because, even if the work was a little more expensive than another shop in the area, the service of a free loaner vehicle until the repair was completed the next day kept our family running as normal. there zero interest financing option through affirm also lessened the sudden financial impact of the cost of service. I won't look forward to the next time my car needs expensive work done, but I will be a lot less stressed knowing it won't completely derail the operation of my day to day life and drain my whole wallet all at once.

The people are so nice and respectful I had a major issue that at the dealer they said would cost me 4300$ they looked at the issue and said they couldn’t guarantee that they could fix it but they did for around 409$ I’ve been going to them for years and they never disappoint me I highly recommend

Josh was so kind and understanding! They gave me a full 360 diagnostic with pictures and videos and an itemized break down of the cost of the repairs. They even provided a loaner car at no cost until the repairs were complete. Although my repairs were extensive, their pricing was fair and repairs were completed in a few days. Absolutely the best professionalism I have seen from ANY business in Clarksville and surrounding areas. Their repairs also come with a 5yr or 50k mileage warranty! Best repair shop in Clarksville, outstanding mechanics and professional customer service. Can't be mad about a repair running like factory for 10k miles and having no issues.

I came in for an oil change earlier in July then came back for new tires. They were fast and precise in getting them mounted and balanced as well as ordered them quickly with no wait like most places. The detailed recommendation list is another bonus that other shops don’t offer. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and repairs

Update 8/02/2026: I don’t always update after the many great services I receive from A&R Complete Auto Care on my two vehicles, but I definitely want to this time. I recently lost my son from heart surgery complications and in addition to the continuous great professional service, A&R expressed personal condolences as well. While I won’t divulge specifics, A&R exemplifies a business that cares deeply about its customers well beyond the professional aspects. Update 8/21/25: A&R Complete Auto Care continues to provide service on both of my vehicles that goes over and beyond what I expect when I have them serviced. The service I receive extends well beyond the monetary value, and I find it difficult to express with words how grateful I am with their caring and professional attitude no matter what the issues are with my vehicle. Update 9/6/24: I had service done on my Nissan Frontier. While I am not going to disclose the specific details, A&R went over and beyond what I was expecting and further demonstrated why I will never take my vehicles anywhere else to be serviced. Update 8/23/24: Another great visit at A&R Complete Auto Care! They never fail to take wonderful care of my vehicles! I continue to highly recommend them. Update 4/08/24: I had an appointment for some deferred work on my Frontier. It was completed to my complete satisfaction and I was also able to take advantage of a special discount being offered. A&R Complete Auto Care continues to be the best option for professional, great quality, and honest automobile repair work in Clarksville. Update 1/09/24: My heater blower motor went out in my Frontier and I was able to get an appointment immediately and the repair was completed the same day. Thank you A&R Complete Auto again for the prompt and excellent service experience! Update 10/31/23: Monday, my Frontier was worked on and today my CRV was in for regular maintenance. I received the brake inspection free of charge due to the campaign, and my regular maintenance was performed as well. As usual, it was another great experience at A&R Complete Auto. Update 10/30/23: WOW! I took my Frontier in for regular maintenance and it turned out that I won the Brakes for Breasts Campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness. As a result of the inspection, I received over $1000.00 worth of brake work completely free! Additionally, the regular maintenance work that was done was the usual top quality that I have always received at A&R Complete Auto. A&R remains the best auto repair business in Clarksville! Update 9/13/22: Another great service by A&R! And, because they tweaked a previous service, they did not charge me even though I tried to pay. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Recently had a/c repair done at new place A & R Auto care. I Waited, by choice,for repairs to be madeand was highly impressed with the service. Everyone was busy, no chit chat between mechanics. Parts arrival was checked for prompt delivery. Short meeting at lunch time to see all shop repairs were on schedule. Fair price and great display of organization integrity and bubiness organization. Price was fair based on what repairs were needed, Its the first place I'll gofor next repairs when they are needed.
