Our Memorial location is designed to give customers a more convenient way to service their vehicles. Unlike our other locations, this site does not have staff on-site; instead, it functions as a secure drop-off and pick-up point. Customers may choose to leave their keys in our secure drop system or arrange for one of our team members to pick up their vehicle directly from their home. Once your car is in our care, it is transported to our main service facility where certified technicians perform the necessary repairs or maintenance using OEM parts and factory-approved procedures. When the work is complete, your vehicle can either be returned to your home or made available for pick-up at the Memorial location. This flexible option was created to save you time, simplify your service experience, and provide the same level of attention and care you expect from A&R Complete Auto Care.
